Announcing Our 2016 Scholarship Winners!

Thanks to our generous donors, this year Homeschool Alumni Reaching Out (HARO) was able to offer two $500 scholarships for homeschool alumni, one for women in STEM fields and one for LGBT+ alumni. These scholarships are provided by homeschool alumni, for homeschool alumni, and our scholarship selection committee is comprised entirely of homeschool alumni. Today, we are excited to announce the winners of these scholarships.

Women in STEM winner: Sarah Negri

Sarah attends Franciscan University of Steubenville, where she is double majoring in Math and Great Books.

LGBT+ winner: Dean Hunter

Dean attends the University of Wyoming where he is majoring in Communications.
